城市敏感区域大跨连拱隧道机械掘进施工技术

Mechanical Tunnelling Construction Technology for Large⁃span Multi⁃arch Tunnels in Sensitive Urban Areas

摘要 微波山隧道为连拱隧道,隧道围岩为中~微风化花岗岩,岩石强度高,工程地处城市敏感区,周边环境复杂,无法采用爆破方法进行开挖。经方案比选后采用悬臂式掘进机进行机械开挖。通过对悬臂式掘进机隧道围岩特性匹配、大断面隧道分部开挖机械掘进组合技术的研究,开发了大跨连拱隧道悬臂式掘进机机械开挖施工技术,实现了硬岩隧道快速、高效施工,施工工效与传统爆破方法相当,隧道施工机械化程度高,安全性好。 The Weiboshan tunnel is a multi-arch tunnel,with medium to slightly weathered granite surrounding rock and high rock strength.The project is located in a sensitive urban area and the surrounding environment is complex,making it impossible to use blasting methods for excavation.After scheme comparison and selection,a cantilever tunnelling machine was used for mechanical tunnelling.Through research on the matching of surrounding rock characteristics of cantilever tunnelling machines and the combination technology of mechanical tunnelling for large section tunnels,the mechanical tunnelling construction technology of cantilever tunnelling machines for large-span multi-arch tunnels has been developed,achieving fast and efficient construction of hard rock tunnels.The construction efficiency is equivalent to traditional blasting methods,and the tunnel construction is highly mechanized and safe.
