超长混凝土结构后浇带提前封闭施工技术

摘要 为避免混凝土温度应力及收缩变形带来的不利影响,超长混凝土结构往往通过设置大量后浇带,避免混凝土开裂。大量后浇带的布设带来了后续施工工艺穿插施工困难,导致施工工期延长,增加了建设成本。为提前封闭超长混凝土结构后浇带,从混凝土材料特性出发,结合模拟分析结果,提出提前封闭后浇带条件。结合某实际工程实际监测数据,确定提前封闭后浇带时间。实践表明,现场施工效果良好。 In order to avoid the adverse effects of concrete temperature stress and shrinkage deformation,super-long concrete structures often avoid concrete cracking by setting a large number of post-cast strip.The layout of a large number of post-cast strip brings difficulties to the subsequent construction technology,which leads to the extension of the construction period and increases the construction cost.In order to enclose the post-cast strip of super-long concrete structure in advance,based on the characteristics of concrete materials and the results of simulation analysis,the conditions of enclosing the post-cast strip in advance are put forward.Combined with the actual monitoring data of a practical project,the time of enclosing the post-cast strip in advance is determined.Practice shows that the site construction effect is good.
