根管治疗术中镍钛器械折断因素的进展

摘要 镍钛器械在根管治疗中得到广泛应用,但是镍钛器械和不锈钢器械比较更容易折断。镍钛器械的折断主要是在长轴冠上,分别为扭转折断、弯曲疲劳折断。且基于断面的显微特点,还表现为剪切折断和疲劳折断。为了避免在根管治疗中发生镍钛器械折断现象,需要控制剪切力、疲劳等因素,以有效降低折断风险。镍钛器械存在较大锥度、超弹性和良好的柔韧性,在弯曲根管预备中,将避免偏移、台阶的形成,也会保证根管预备效率的提升,有效促使根管冲洗工作的完成和填充形态的良好实现。尽管镍钛器械在临床上的应用范围,但因为容易折断,所以,还需要对镍钛器械详细分析,了解根管治疗中镍钛器械的诊断因素,并给出有效的控制措施,以保证对镍钛器械正确使用,降低诊断风险。 Nickel-titanium instruments are widely used in root canal therapy,but they are more likely to be broken than stainless steel instruments.The fracture of Ni-Ti apparatus is mainly in long-axis view,respectively torsion fracture and bending fatigue fracture.Based on the microscopic characteristics of the section,shear fracture and fatigue fracture also occur.In order to avoid niti instrument fracture during root canal treatment,shear force and fatigue factors should be controlled to effectively reduce the risk of fracture.Nickel-titanium instruments have large taper,super elasticity and good flexibility.In the preparation of curved root canals,offset and step formation will be avoided,and the improvement of root canal preparation efficiency will be ensured,which effectively promotes the completion of root canal flushing and the good realization of filling shape.Although nickel-titanium instruments are widely used in clinical practice,they are easy to be broken.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze nickel-titanium instruments in detail,understand the diagnostic factors of nickel-titanium instruments in root canal therapy,and provide effective control measures to ensure the correct use of nickel-titanium instruments and reduce the risk of diagnosis.
