摘要
目的:探究高场强磁共振成像(MRI)对前列腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取2019年7月~2022年7月本院收治的84例前列腺病变患者作为本次研究对象,以超声引导下行前列腺穿刺活检病理诊断结果为金标准,对84例患者均实施超声弹性成像检测及腹部高场强MRI诊断,并与超声引导下行前列腺穿刺活检病理诊断结果进行对比分析,分析两种检测方式的准确度、灵敏度、特异度,以及良恶性病变患者的ADC值。结果:超声弹性成像显示共存在44例前列腺良性增生,40例前列腺癌患者;高场强MRI进行检测的结果显示,共存在45例前列腺良性增生。高场强MRI检查诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率高于超声弹性成像检查(P<0.05);在高场强MRI检查中,前列腺癌患者的ADC值较前列腺良性增生患者低(P<0.05)。结论:在临床采用高场强MRI进行诊断,具有较高的准确性及灵敏性,能较好地诊断及鉴别前列腺良恶性病变,可为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective:To explore the value of high field magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases.Methods:84 patients with prostate disease admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the objects of this study.Pathological diagnosis results of ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy were taken as the gold standard.Ultrasonic elastic imaging detection and abdominal high-field MRI diagnosis were performed on all the 84 patients.And compared with the pathological diagnosis results of ultrasound guided prostate biopsy,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two detection methods were analyzed,as well as the ADC values of patients with benign and malignant lesions.Results:Ultrasound elastic imaging showed a total of 44 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 40 cases of prostate cancer.High field intensity MRI showed 45 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of high field intensity MRI were higher than those of ultrasonic elastic imaging(P<0.05).In high-field MRI examination,ADC value of prostate cancer patients was lower than that of benign hyperplasia of prostate(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical diagnosis with high-field MRI,it is more accurate and sensitive,can better diagnose and identify prostate patients,and can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
