摘要
目的:探究锥形线束CT(CBCT)在上颌前突拔牙矫治过程中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年3月~2022年9月本院口腔科拔牙矫治的98例上颌前突患者,矫治前后均行CBCT三维成像,采集患者牙根长度、牙槽骨高度、厚度及体积相关数据。结果:上颌侧切牙、中切牙牙根长度矫治后均短于矫治前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);矫治后上颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙PH均较矫治前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);矫治后上颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙BT1、BT2、BT3均较矫治前增加(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBCT测量可靠性较高,能精准观察上颌前突矫治后牙根、牙槽骨变化情况,便于指导矫治方案进行。
Objective: To explore the application value of conical beam CT (CBCT) in the treatment of maxillary anterior tooth extraction. Methods: A total of 98 patients with maxillary protrusionwere selected from the Stomatology Department of our hospital from March 2020 to September 2022. Three-dimensional CBCT imaging was performed before and after the treatment, and the relevant data of tooth root length, alveolar bone height, thickness and volume were collected. Results: The root length of maxillary lateral incisor and central incisor was shorter after treatment than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the pH values of maxillary central incisor, lateral incisor and cusp were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, BT1, BT2 and BT3 of maxillary central incisor, lateral incisor and cusp were increased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: CBCT has high measurement reliability, and can accurately observe the changes of root and alveolar bone after maxillary protrusive correction, which is convenient to guide the treatment plan.
