摘要
为了精准放疗的顺利实施,减少患者治疗时的摆位误差,应定期对医用直线加速器影像系统进行质量保证与质量控制。以瓦里安Vital Beam直线加速器为质量控制对象,对影像系统的图像质量、机械参数、成像坐标系三方面进行质量控制方法的研究,并总结其性能指标。医用直线加速器作为一种治疗精度高、治疗效果显著的放射治疗设备,做好影像系统的质量保证与质量控制是放射治疗安全、精确进行的关键。
In order to implement precision radiotherapy smoothly and reduce the positioning error of patients during treatment,the quality assurance and quality control of medical linear accelerator imaging system should be carried out regularly.Taking Varian vital beam linac as the quality control object,this paper studies the quality control methods of image quality,mechanical parameters and imaging coordinate system,and summarizes its performance indexes.Medical linear accelerator is a radiotherapy equipment with high treatment accuracy and remarkable treatment effect.The key to the safe and accurate radiotherapy is to do a good job in the quality assurance and quality control of the imaging system.
