二氧化碳激光治疗仪治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者的有效性探讨

On the Effectiveness of Carbon Dioxide Laser Treatment Instrument in Patients with Lichen Planus of Oral Mucosa

目的:分析口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者采用二氧化碳激光治疗仪的有效性。方法:选择本院收治的口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者60例,随机将其分为30例对照组(采用常规药物治疗)、30例观察组(采用二氧化碳激光治疗仪治疗),比较两组临床疗效。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);观察组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平均更低,差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者手术时间、手术出血量、创面愈合时间比较,观察组均短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者复发率和并发症比较,观察组均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者采用二氧化碳激光治疗仪治疗能取得理想效果,其能使患者的血清炎症因子水平得到改善,使患者临床疗效得到提升。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of carbon dioxide laser therapy for patients with oral mucosal flat moss.Methods:A total of 60 patients selected in this study were all patients with oral mucosal flat moss admitted to our hospital.They were randomly divided into 30 control groups(treated with conventional drugs)and 30 observation groups(treated with carbon dioxide laser therapy instrument).The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total clinical treatment efficiency of the patients in the observation group was higher(P<0.05);The serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group was lower average,with significant difference(P<0.05);Compared with the operation time,surgical bleeding and wound healing time of the two groups,the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);The recurrence rate and complications of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carbon dioxide laser therapy for patients with oral mucosal flat moss can achieve an ideal effect,which can improve the serum inflammatory factor level of patients and improve the clinical effect of patients.
