经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床有效性研究

Clinical Effectiveness of Percutaneous Foraminoscopy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:分析经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床有效性。方法:选取2019年5月~2021年8月在本院就诊的26例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机将患者分为两组,其中包括参照组13例,为患者进行保守治疗;研究组13例,为其提供椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出髓核切除术治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果和生活质量,观察比较结果。结果:研究组患者的治疗效果优于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。研究组患者的生活质量高于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对于腰椎间盘突出症患者来说,经皮椎间孔镜治疗效果更为明显,能够优化腰椎功能,改善患者的各项临床指标,加快患者的恢复速度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effectiveness of percutaneous foraminoscopy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From May 2019 to August 2021,26 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,including 13 patients in the reference group,for conservative treatment.13 patients in the study group were treated with nucleus pulposus resection of lumbar disc herniation under foraminal microscope.The treatment effect and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed,and the results were observed and compared.Results:The treatment effect of patients in the study group was better than that of the reference group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:For patients with lumbar disc herniation,the effect of percutaneous foraminoscopy is more obvious,which can optimize the lumbar function,improve the clinical indicators of patients,and speed up the recovery of patients.
