摘要
目的:探析重症超声对脓毒症休克患者血流动力学的监法:选取2017年12月~2021年6月本院收治的脓毒症休克118例进行研究。将其随机分为观察组59例,对照组59例。对照组采用常规脉波指示器连续心排血量监测(PiCCO)进行监测,观察组采用重症超声进行监测。对比两组复苏前后血流动力学相关参数以及血流动力学监测准确度。结果:观察组患者治疗后收缩压(120.28±14.18)mmHg,舒张压(58.26±8.12)mmHg明显低于对照组患者;心率(98.21±12.89)次高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=4.254,P<0.05),观察组复苏液量(3130.23±289.13)mL低于对照组,观察组尿量(1148.65±170.54)mL高于对照组(t=3.792,P<0.05),监测准确度对比结果显示,观察组监测准确度72.8%高于对照组的40.6%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.38,P<0.05)。结论:重症超声对脓毒症休克患者的血流动力学监测效果良好,给脓毒性休克患者带来了更准确有效的监测价值。
Objective:To explore the value of severe ultrasound in monitoring the hemodynamics of patients with septic shock.Methods:A total of 118 patients with septic shock admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to June 2021 were selected for study.59 cases were randomly assigned to the observation group and 59 cases to the control group.The control group was monitored by conventional pulse indicator continuous cardiac output(PiCCO),and the observation group was monitored by severe ultrasound.Compare the hemodynamic parameters and hemodynamic monitoring accuracy between two groups before and after resuscitation.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(120.28±14.18)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(58.26±8.12)mmHg in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;The heart rate(98.21±12.89)was higher than that of the control group patients,with a statistically significant difference(t=4.254,P<0.05).The resuscitation fluid volume(3130.23±289.13)mL in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the urine volume(1148.65±170.54)mL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(t=3.792,P<0.05).The comparison results of monitoring accuracy showed that the monitoring accuracy of the observation group was 72.8%higher than that of the control group,which was 40.6%,with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=13.38,P<0.05).Conclusion:Severe ultrasound has a good effect on hemodynamic monitoring in patients with septic shock,which brings more accurate and effective monitoring value to patients with septic shock.
