摘要
目的:探讨GE Definium 6000 X射线评估GartlandⅡ伸直型肱骨髁上骨折儿童肘关节屈曲功能丢失角度与其年龄关系的价值。方法:选取2019年3月~2022年5月本院收治的61例不同年龄段的GartlandⅡ伸直型肱骨髁上骨折患儿为研究对象。患儿均行GE Definium 6000 X射线检查,对其不同骨折线角度时的屈肘功能丢失角度予以测量。结果:组内比较,1~3岁组丢失角度比较差异显著(P>0.05);组间比较,7~9岁组和10~14岁组丢失角度比较差异不明显(P>0.05);预后不良和良好组在屈肘功能丢失角度和骨折线矢状面倾斜角度方面组间差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:年龄与X射线评估GartlandⅡ伸直型肱骨髁上骨折儿童肘关节屈曲功能丢失角度有密切关联。
Objective:To explore the value of GE Definition 6000 X-ray in evaluating the angle of elbow joint flexion loss in children with GartlandⅡextension supracondylar fracture of the humerus and its relationship with age.Methods:From March 2019 to May 2022,61 children with GartlandⅡextension supracondylar fracture of the humerus were selected.All the children were examined by GE Definition 6000 X-ray,and the angle of loss of elbow flexion function was measured at different fracture line angles.Results:There was significant difference in the angle of loss between the 1-3 years old group and the 7-9 years old group(P>0.05),but no significant difference in the angle of loss between the 7-9 years old group and the 10-14 years old group(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the angle of elbow flexion loss and the sagittal inclination of fracture line between the poor and good prognosis groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a close correlation between age and X-ray assessment of the angle of elbow joint flexion loss in children with Gartland II extended supracondylar fracture of the humerus.
