TACE序贯氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗原发性肝癌的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of TACE Sequential Argon-Helium Cryoablation for Primary Liver Cancer

目的:探讨原发性肝癌使用经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗的疗效。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年1月于本院就诊的原发性肝癌患者74例,采用随机分组的方式,分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组实施TACE治疗,观察组采用TACE联合氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗,观察两组治疗效果,对比两组治疗前后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞值。结果:观察组总有效率为97.30%,总有效率75.68%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组各细胞值水平与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CD3+、CD4+水平显著提升,且CD8+细胞值水平明显降低,各项指标均与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在TACE基础上实施氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗,治疗效果明显。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) combined with argon-helium cryoablation for primary liver cancer.Methods:74 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TACE,and the observation group was treated with TACE combined with argon-helium cryoablation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.The results of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ cell values before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.30%,and the total effective rate was 75.68%.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of cell values between the observation group and the control group(P0.05);After treatment,the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in the observation group were significantly increased,and the level of CD8+ cell value was significantly reduced.All indicators showed significant differences compared to the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Implementing argon helium cryoablation on the basis of TACE can improve the survival rate of patients with this disease,and the treatment effect is significant.
