摘要
目的:探讨分析非剥脱性1320nm点阵激光联合光子对皮肤老化及色素沉着的疗效。方法:选择2020年6月~2022年7月80例接受治疗的皮肤老化及色素沉着患者,小组划分按照标准执行,40例接受非剥脱性1320nm点阵激光治疗患者为对照组,40例在对照组治疗基础上联合使用光子治疗的患者为观察组,根据最终所得结果对比分析。结果:对照组出现不良反应概率更高(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者所存在的皮肤状况均未表现出差异(P>0.05),接受对应治疗后观察组各指标评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组患者拥有更高满意度(P<0.05)。结论:针对于表现出皮肤老化以及色素沉着现象的患者,为其在实际治疗的过程中使用非剥脱性1320nm点阵激光联合光子完成医治,能够让患者的皮肤、细纹以及毛孔等问题得到较为显著的改善,能够降低患者存在的色素沉着现象,患者能够获得更加接近理想状态的治疗成效。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the curative effect of non-ablative 1320nm fractional laser combined with photon on skin aging and pigmentation.Methods:The time range set in the research and development stage is from June 2020 to July 2022,and the selection of personnel is completed according to the established program of the computer software.The 80 patients with skin aging and pigmentation who are treated within this period are signed as the final exploration goal of this study,and the division of the group is carried out according to the standard.There were a total of 40 cases in the control group treated with non-ablative 1320nm fractional laser,and a total of 40 cases in the observation group treated with photon therapy on the basis of the former group.The results were compared and analyzed according to the final results.Results:The control group had a higher probability of adverse reactions(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the skin conditions of patients before treatment(P>0.05),and the observation group had lower scores of each index after corresponding treatment(P<0.05).Patients in observation group had higher satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions:For patients with skin aging and pigmentation,the use of non-ablative 1320nm fractional laser combined with photons to complete the treatment in the actual treatment process can significantly improve the skin,fine lines and pores of patients,and reduce the pigmentation of patients.Patients can obtain a treatment effect closer to the ideal state.
