Medical linear accelerator is a large-scale radiation therapy device that can effectively inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells.Ensuring the normal operation of medical linear accelerators is of great significance for controlling the disease progression of tumor patients and protecting their life safety.Medical linear accelerators have complex and precise structures,and are prone to several failures.Based on this,this article takes Trilogy linear accelerator as an example,analyzes its common faults and maintenance strategies.Common faults include no response when pressing the field lamp on button,GFIL interlock,unable to exit normally,MLC interlock occurs,"HVCB" interlock occurs,and finally proposes effective suggestions and methods for daily maintenance and warranty testing of Trilogy linear accelerator,such as performing dosimeter calibration,etc,for reference by large-scale medical equipment maintenance personnel.
