摘要
微弧氧化技术发展迅速,已经从最初的镁合金防腐发展到各种阀金属及其合金的表面改性上,利用该技术对铝基复合材料进行表面改性成为了研究的热点。本文将从不同分类角度对铝基复合材料的分类进行总结,再从电解液体系、添加剂、电压、氧化时间等因素对铝基复合材料微弧氧化的影响进行具体综述,最后对该表面改性技术进行展望,并提出该领域亟待解决的一些问题,为铝基复合材料的微弧氧化后期发展方向提供参考。
Micro-arc oxidation technology has developed rapidly,from the initial corrosion protection of magnesium alloy to the sur⁃face modification of various valve metals and alloys.The use of this technology to modify the surface of aluminum matrix composites has become a research focus.In this paper,the classification of aluminum-matrix composites is summarized from different classification perspectives,and then the influence of electrolytic liquid system,additives,voltage,oxidation time and other factors on the micro-arc oxidation of aluminum-matrix composites is reviewed in detail.Finally,the surface modification technology is prospected,and some problems to be solved in this field are proposed.The reference is provided for the late development direction of micro-arc oxidation of aluminum matrix composites.
