铜砭刮痧对风痰阻络型脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者康复护理的研究

The Effect of Copper Needle Scraping and Cupping on the Rehabilitation Nursing Effect of Patients with Windphlegm Obstruction Type Dysphagia after Cerebral Infarction

目的 评估风痰阻络型脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者在常规治疗、康复护理的基础上联合铜砭刮痧法的效果评估。方法 选取晋江市中医院2019年11月至2021年5月收治的84例风痰阻络型脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,以随机数字法将其分为两组,对照组使用常规治疗、康复护理,试验组同时联合铜砭刮痧法,治疗期间均实施康复护理,均干预1个月。对比两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的洼田饮水试验、误吸风险等级、吞咽生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)、中医症状积分。结果 治疗后试验组洼田饮水试验分级、误吸风险等级、中医症状积分均低于对照组,痊愈率、SWAL-QOL总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在常规治疗和康复护理的基础上增加铜砭刮痧法可有效改善风痰阻络型脑卒中吞咽障碍,提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of copper needle scraping and cupping combined with routine treatment and rehabilitation nursing in treating patients with wind-phlegm obstruction type dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-four patients with wind-phlegm obstruction type dysphagia after cerebral infarction admitted to Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment and rehabilitation nursing,while the experimental group was treated with copper needle scraping and cupping in addition to routine treatment and rehabilitation nursing.Both groups received rehabilitation nursing during the treatment period and were intervened for one month.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,the Kubota drinking water test before and after treatment,the risk of aspiration,the Swallowing Quality of Life Scale(SWAL-QOL),and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Kubota drinking water test grade,aspiration risk grade and TCM symptom score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the cure rate and total score of SWALQOL were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Copper needle scraping and cupping can effectively improve dysphagia in patients with wind-phlegm obstruction type cerebral infarction on the basis of routine treatment and rehabilitation nursing,improve clinical efficacy,and improve the patient' life qulaigy.
