胃癌术后化疗患者的心理调查与家庭支持护理干预

Psychological Investigation and Family Support Nursing Intervention of Postoperative Chemotherapy Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的 调查胃癌术后化疗患者的心理状态,并分析对该类患者实施家庭支持护理干预的效果。方法 选取我院2019年1月至2022年12月收治的胃癌术后化疗患者100例作为研究对象,根据护理方案的不同将其分为参照组(常规护理干预)与试验组(家庭支持护理干预)各50例。对所有患者采用自制问卷调查表调查患者心理状态,并观察两组护理效果。结果 100例胃癌术后化疗患者经过问卷调查,发现胃癌术后化疗患者普遍存在心理问题,其中以抑郁情绪占比最高,以担心饮食占比最少。干预后,试验组心理情绪评分、癌因性疲乏评分、日常生活评分均低于参照组,而生活质量评分高于参照组(均P <0.05)。结论 胃癌术后化疗患者常伴有各种心理问题,如焦虑、抑郁等。而家庭支持护理干预可以有效地缓解患者心理压力,促进患者身心健康。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of postoperative chemotherapy patients with gastric cancer,and analyze the role and effectiveness of implementing family support nursing interventions for these patients.Methods One hundred postoperative chemotherapy patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the reference group(routine nursing intervention)and experimental group(family support nursing intervention)with 50 cases in each group based on different nursing plans.A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the psychological status of all patients,and then the nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results After conducting a questionnaire survey on 100 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer,it was found that patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer generally had psychological problems,with the highest proportion being depression and the lowest proportion being worry about diet.After intervention,the psychological and emotional scores,cancer-related fatigue scores,and daily life scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,while the quality of life score were higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer often have various psychological problems,such as anxiety and depression.Family support nursing intervention can effectively relieve patients'psychological stress and promote patients'physical and mental health,which is worth promoting.
