ASiR-V算法结合双低技术在冠状动脉CTA中对辐射剂量、图像质量的影响

摘要 目的 探讨ASiR-V算法结合双低技术在冠状动脉CTA中对辐射剂量、图像质量的影响。方法 选取长江大学附属潜江市中心医院放射影像科2021年12月至2022年12月疑似冠心病进行冠状动脉CTA检查的患者90例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规扫描方案,观察组采用ASiR-V算法结合双低扫描方案。比较两组辐射剂量、碘摄入量、图像质量评价结果。结果 观察组放射剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效辐射剂量(ED)、容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、碘摄入量均低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组平均CT值、图像信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)高于对照组,SD值低于对照组(P <0.05);而两组图像噪声、图像失真度、图像整体评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 ASiR-V算法结合双低技术可降低冠状动脉CTA检查患者辐射剂量和碘摄入量,可获得满足临床诊断要求的图像质量。 Objective To explore the effect of ASiR-V algorithm combined with double low technology on radiation dose and image quality in coronary CTA.Methods A total of 90 patients with suspected coronary heart disease who underwent coronary artery CTA examination in Department of Radiology,Qianjiang Central Hospital Affiliated to Yangtze University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group used conventional scanning scheme,and the observation group used ASiR-V algorithm combined with double low scanning scheme.The results of radiation dose,iodine intake and image quality evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results Dose Length product(DLP),effective radiation Dose(ED),Volume CT Dose index(CTDIvol)and iodine intake in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The average CT value,Image signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),contrast to noise ratio(CNR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the SD value in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in image noise,image distortion and overall image score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of ASiR-V algorithm and low technology can reduce the radiation dose and iodine intake of patients undergoing coronary CTA examination,and obtain the image quality that meets the requirements of clinical diagnosis.
