摘要
目的 探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的急诊治疗效果。方法 选取AOPP患者100例,随机数字表法分组,各50例。对照组接受洗胃联合药物治疗,观察组加用血液灌流,比较两组治疗效果、呼吸机应用时间、阿托品用量及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后24 h血清胆碱酯酶水平高于对照组,IL-6、TNF-α与CRP水平低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组阿托品用量少于对照组,呼吸机应用时间短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 AOPP急诊治疗中常规洗胃联合药物治疗基础上加用血液灌流,可提升治疗效果,使患者呼吸机应用时间缩短,减少阿托品用量与不良事件发生。
Objective To explore the emergency treatment effect of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods One hundred AOPP patients were selected and randomly divided into groups using a number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received gastric lavage combined with drug treatment,and the observation group added hemoperfusion.The treatment effect,ventilator application time,atropine dosage and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum cholinesterase levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 24 hours after treatment,as well as IL-6,TNF-αand CRP level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The dosage of Atropine in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the time of ventilator application was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency treatment of AOPP,routine gastric lavage combined with drug treatment plus Hemoperfusion can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the time of ventilator application,and reduce the dosage of Atropine and adverse events.
