中医辨证在治疗眩晕病中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Vertigo

目的 探讨眩晕病的临床治疗方法,评价中医辨证治疗方法的应用效果。方法 抽取我院2019年3月至2020年12月收治的60例眩晕症患者作为研究对象,通过计算机抽签进行分组,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组应用中医辨证治疗方法,基于中医理论,对不同症状的患者采用不同的治疗措施。对照组应用维生素B、异丙嗪、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊、甲磺酸倍他司汀片等药物进行治疗。对比两组眩晕病患者的症状改善情况、治疗有效率,评价两组眩晕病患者对于治疗效果的满意度,进而评价中医辨证治疗方法、西医药物治疗方法的应用效果。结果 观察组眩晕病患者的眩晕时间[(10.80±1.22)d]、头疼时间[(10.20±0.34)d]比对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组眩晕病患者的治疗有效率(96.67%)比对照组(76.67%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组眩晕病患者的护理满意度(100.00%)比对照组(83.33%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在眩晕病的临床治疗中,相比于常规的西医药物治疗,中医辨证治疗方法能够有效改善患者的眩晕、头痛症状,加快临床症状的快速消退,可获得使患者满意的治疗效果,进而减少疾病对于患者日常生活的困扰。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment methods of dizziness and evaluate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment methods.Methods Sixty patients with dizziness admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group,through computer lottery.The observation group applied traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment methods,and based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,adopted different treatment measures for patients with different symptoms.The control group was treated with vitamin B,promethazine,fluranizine hydrochloride capsules,betahistine mesylate tablets and other western medicine.Compare the symptom improvement and treatment efficiency of two groups of vertigo patients,evaluate the satisfaction of the two groups of vertigo patients with treatment effectiveness,and then evaluate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment methods and Western medicine drug treatment methods.Results The observation group had shorter dizziness time[(10.80±1.22)d]and headache time[(10.20±0.34)d]compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment efficacy of the observation group for vertigo patients(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of vertigo patients in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of dizziness,compared to conventional Western medicine treatment,the application of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment method can effectively improve patients'symptoms of dizziness and headache,accelerate the rapid resolution of clinical symptoms,obtain satisfactory treatment results for patients,and reduce the troubles of the disease on their daily lives.
