评判性思维下预警性护理对急性胰腺炎治疗患者免疫功能及健康行为能力的影响

Effect of Early Warning Nursing Under Critical Thinking on Immune Function and Healthy Behavior Ability of Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的 分析评判性思维下预警性护理对急性胰腺炎(AP)治疗患者免疫功能及健康行为能力的影响。方法 选取2021年9月至2022年9月我科收治的74例AP患者为研究对象,并依据患者的护理方式差异将其分为观察组(37例)和对照组(37例),对照组胰腺炎患者采用常规护理,观察组胰腺炎患者在常规护理上实施评判性思维下预警性护理。比较两组AP患者护理前后免疫功能(IgG、IgA、IgM)水平和健康行为能力(营养、运动、心理安适和健康责任)评分改善情况。结果 两组AP患者护理前营养、运动、心理安适和健康责任等健康行为能力评分和IgG、IgA、IgM等免疫功能水平相比无明显差异(P均> 0.05),护理后两组AP患者以上指标水平均显著改善(P均<0.05),且观察组AP患者营养、运动、心理安适和健康责任等健康行为能力评分和IgG、IgA、IgM等免疫功能水平改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 评判性思维下预警性护理能有效提升AP患者的免疫功能及健康行为能力,具有非常积极的影响。

Objective To analyze the influence of early warning nursing under critical thinking on immune function and healthy behavior ability of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods Seventy-four patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our department from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group(37 cases)and the control group(37 cases)according to the differences in their nursing methods.The control group patients with pancreatitis were treated with routine nursing,and the observation group patients with pancreatitis were treated with early warning nursing under critical thinking on routine nursing.Compare the improvement of immune function(including IgG,IgA,IgM)and health behavior ability(including nutrition,exercise,psychological well-being and health responsibility)scores of patients with acute pancreatitis in the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with acute pancreatitis in the scores of health behavior ability such as nutrition,exercise,psychological well-being and health responsibility before nursing and the levels of immune functions such as IgG,IgA,IgM(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of the above indicators in the two groups of patients with acute pancreatitis were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the scores of health behavior ability such as nutrition,exercise,psychological comfort and health responsibility and the levels of immune function such as IgG,IgA and IgM in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Early warning nursing under critical thinking can effectively improve the immune function and healthy behavior ability of patients with acute pancreatitis,which has a very positive impact and is worth promoting.
