A New Table Potato Variety'Longshu 19'

‘陇薯19号’是以‘Favorita’为母本,‘L0116-14’为父本通过有性杂交选育而成,2022年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记[GPD马铃薯(2022)620036]。‘陇薯19号’生育期88 d左右,属中熟鲜食品种。植株半直立,结薯集中,单株结薯数3.5个。块茎卵圆形,淡黄皮淡黄肉,芽眼浅,商品薯率86.00%以上。2019~2020年区域试验平均产量2455 kg/667m^(2),较对照‘LK99’(2104 kg/667m^(2))增产16.69%。干物质含量17.48%,粗淀粉含量13.86%,粗蛋白含量1.97%,维生素C含量7.85 mg/kg,还原糖含量0.31%。植株田间晚疫病表现抗病,高抗卷叶病毒病。适宜在甘肃省白银市、天水市、平凉市、陇南市,以及山东省济南市川水地种植。

The new potato variety'Longshu 19'was developed from a cross between'Favorita'(female)and'L0116-14'(male)through sexual hybridization and selection,and approved as non-staple crop variety[GPD Potato(2022)620036]by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2022.The growth duration of'Longshu 19'is about 88 days,a medium maturing potato variety,and could be planted as table potatoes.The plant type is semi-erect.Stolon is short,and tuber number per plant is 3.5.The tuber is oval,with light yellow skin,light yellow fresh,shallow eyes,and a marketable tuber percentage over 86.00%.The average yield of'Longshu 19'in the two-year regional trials was 2455 kg/667m^(2),16.69%more than the yield of control variety'LK99',which was 2104 kg/667m^(2)in 2019-2020.Tuber has a dry matter content of 17.48%,starch content of 13.86%,crude protein content of 1.97%,vitamin C content of 7.85 mg/kg,and reducing sugar content of 0.31%.The plants are resistant to late blight and highly resistant to potato leaf roll virus(PLRV)in field conditions.It is suitable for planting in irrigated flat fields in Baiyin,Tianshui,Pingliang and Longnan in Gansu Province,and Jinan in Shandong Province.
