准东二矿大巷及工作面顺槽支护系统抗冲击能力校核

摘要 巷道围岩支护能力不足易导致冲击地压的发生,支护系统抗冲击能力成为矿井安全高效开采亟待解决的问题。以国家能源集团准东二矿巨厚强冲击倾向性煤层为例,运用支护系统防冲能力计算原理,完成并评估了大巷及1101工作面顺槽支护系统的抗冲击能力,同时确定了1101工作面超前支护长度。研究结果表明:大巷及工作面顺槽帮部支护能力均大于顶板,支护系统均能够承受弱冲击危险性事件的发生;1101工作面动压影响范围为150 m,结合冲击地压防治工作对工作面超前支护范围不得小于120 m的要求,认为1101工作面超前支护长度为150 m较为适宜。研究结果为矿井冲击地压防治及巷道支护优化提供依据。 The insufficient support capacity of the surrounding rock in the roadway can easily lead to rock burst,and the impact resistance of the support system has become an urgent problem to be solved for safe and efficient mining in mines.Taking the ultra-thick coal seam with strong impact tendency in CHN Energy Zhundong No.2 Coal Mine as an example,the impact resistance of gateway support system in roadway and 1101 coal mining face was determined and evaluated by using the calculation principle of impact resistance of support system,and the advance support length of 1101 coal mining face was determined.The research results show that:1.The gateway support capacity of the roadway and coal mining face is higher than that of the roof,and the support system can withstand the weak impact hazards;2.The influence range of dynamic pressure in 1101 coal mining face is about 150 m.In consideration of the requirement of rock burst prevention and control that the range of advance support in 1101 coal mining face shall not be less than 120 m,the length of advance support in 1101 coal mining face should be 150 m.The research results provide a basis for the prevention and control of mine rock burst and the optimization of roadway support.
