复合松软顶板条件下快速掘进的探索与实践

摘要 红柳煤矿掘进工作面受地质条件的影响,不同程度出现煤层变薄、断层多、地质构造复杂,导致已有部分巷道成为废巷,不能圈定可采储量。同时,由于开采深度的增加,巷道围岩压力变大,巷道支护难度增大,使得掘进速度大幅度降低,造成采掘衔接的紧张局面越发严峻,严重影响了煤炭生产。为了提高复杂地质条件下掘进速度,分析了复合松软顶板条件下综掘工作面快速掘进的影响因素,并依据红柳煤矿I01采区4煤掘进工作面综掘实际,提出了掘进快速切割、合理支护参数、辅助运输连续、劳动组织及优化配置等措施,从而达到快速掘进的目的,为今后红柳煤矿在复合型顶板条件下实现快速掘进提供可靠的技术保障。 The driving face of Hongliu Coal Mine is affected by geological conditions,resulting in varying degrees of coal seam thinning,multiple faults,and complex geological structures.Thus,some existing roadways become abandoned and unable to delineate recoverable reserves.Besides,due to the increases in the mining depth,the pressure on the roadway surrounding rock,and the difficulty of roadway support,the driving speed increases significantly,and the tension in the connection between mining and driving becomes more severe,which has seriously affected coal production.In order to improve the driving speed under complex geological conditions,this paper first analyzes the contributory factor to the rapid driving of the fully-mechanized mining face under the condition of composite soft roof,and based on the actual fully-mechanized mining of the 4th coal mining face in I01 mining area of Hongliu Coal Mine,puts forward the technical measures for rapid driving,including fast cutting in the process of driving,appropriate support parameters,continuous auxiliary transportation,labor organization and optimal configuration,so as to achieve the goal of rapid driving and provide reliable technical guarantee of rapid driving for Hongliu Coal Mine under the condition of composite roof.
