摘要
火焰检测器是GSP气化炉安全监测系统的重要组成部分,也是操作人员远程掌握气化炉内火焰燃烧情况的重要设备。火焰检测器在GSP气化炉点火初期无法检测到火焰,投煤、燃料气切换期间存在火检频繁波动等情况。如何保证准确、可靠的检测气化炉内火焰情况,在深入分析了GSP气化炉烧嘴结构、火焰检测器构成及工作原理的基础上,针对火焰检测器使用过程中存在火检信号丢失、频繁波动等缺陷,提出了对火焰检测器基于全光谱动态的三重化冗余改造方法,通过改造有效地解决了以上问题。
Flame detector is an important part of GSP gasifier safety monitoring system,and it is also an important equipment for operators to grasp the flame combustion situation in gasifier remotely.The flame detector can not detect the flame in the initial stage of GSP gasifier ignition,and frequent fluctuations occur in flame detection during coal feeding and fuel switching.How to ensure accurate and reliable detection of the flame in the GSP gasifier?Based on in-depth analysis of the burner structure of GSP gasifier,the composition and working principle of the flame detector,a triple redundancy modification method for flame detector based on full spectrum dynamics is proposed for the defects appeared during the use of flame detector,i.e.flame detection signal loss and frequent fluctuation.The above problems are effectively solved through the modification,indicating that this method is effective and feasible.
