基于LoRa的垃圾抓斗远程监测系统设计

摘要 针对传统垃圾抓斗监测平台有线采集布线复杂、维护困难、无线通信稳定性较低等问题,设计了一种基于LoRa的垃圾抓斗远程监测系统。通过温湿度传感器、气体传感器等采集工业现场数据,LoRa+4G构建无线自组网传输数据,实现实时监测、故障警报等功能,并通过卡尔曼滤波算法对采集的数据进行滤波处理,减少环境噪声干扰,提高系统稳定性与数据的准确性。实验结果表明:抓斗监测系统在2 km范围内,丢包率在10%以下,达到实验要求。 Aiming at the problems of complex wired acquisition and wiring,difficult maintenance and low wireless communication stability of the traditional garbage grab monitoring platform,a garbage grab remote monitoring system based on LoRa was designed.Industrial field data was collected through temperature and humidity sensors and gas sensors.Wireless Ad Hoc network was constructed by LoRa+4G to transmit data,realize real-time monitoring,fault alarm and other function.The collected data was filtered through Kalman filter algorithm to reduce environmental noise interference and improve the stability of the system and the accuracy of data.The experimental results showed that the packet loss rate of the grab monitoring system was less than 10%within 2 km,which met the experimental requirements.
