MRI斜矢状位扫描在3型肩峰形态诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探讨MRI斜矢状位在3型肩峰形态中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2021-2022年行肩关节CT及MRI检查共80名患者,分别采用常规矢状位及斜矢状位扫描方式,以CT重建图像为金标准,比较两组不同扫描方式对3型肩峰形态的诊断价值。结果常规矢状位扫描方式总体诊断率为74%,诊断3型肩峰的准确率为41%,一致性检验系数k为0.213;斜矢状位扫描方式,总体诊断率为80%,诊断3型肩峰的准确率为79%,一致性检验系数k为0.75。3型肩峰诊断准确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总体诊断率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MRI斜矢状位扫描与常规矢状位扫描方式对比,总体诊断率无明显差异,但对3型肩峰的诊断率更高,同时可以个性化精确扫描。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of oblique sagittal MRI in type 3 acromion.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 80 patients who underwent shoulder CT and MRI examinations from 2021-2022 in our hospital.The conventional sagittal and oblique sagittal scanning methods were used respectively.With the CT reconstruction image as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of two groups of different scanning methods for the shape of type 3 acromion was compared.Results the overall diagnostic rate of conventional sagittal scanning was 74%,the diagnostic accuracy of type 3 acromion was 41%,and the consistency check was 0.213;The overall diagnostic rate of oblique sagittal scanning was 80%,the accuracy of diagnosing type 3 acromion was 79%,and the consistency check was 0.75.There was significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of type 3 acromion(P<0.05),but no significant difference in the overall diagnostic accuracy(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the overall diagnostic rate between oblique sagittal MRI scanning and conventional sagittal MRI scanning,but the diagnostic rate of type 3 acromion is higher,and it can be personalized and accurate scanning.
