摘要 二硫化钼是一种具有二维层状结构的压电材料,可以利用搅拌、超声和振动等机械能增强其表面极化作用并引发压电催化反应,在能源和环境应用中表现出优异的性能,可用于污水净化以及水分解产氢。本文介绍了二硫化钼压电特性的原理和测试方法,阐述了形貌晶型、表面调控和组装复合等方法对压电性能的调控作用,综述了不同二硫化钼压电材料在能源和环境领域的应用,并对今后的研究方向提出了展望。 Molybdenum disulfide is a piezoelectric material with two-dimensional layered structure,which can be surface polarized by mechanical energy input such as stirring,ultrasonication and vibration to initiate piezoelectric catalytic reactions,displaying excellent performance in energy and environmental applications including sewage purification as well as water splitting for hydrogen production.This paper presents the principles and characterization methods of piezoelectric properties of molybdenum disulfide,describes the modulation of its piezoelectric properties by morphological control,surface modification and hybridization,and provides areview of the applications of different molybdenum disulfide piezoelectric materials in energy and environmental fields.Finally,the prospects for future research directions are put forward.
