摘要
单体稳定同位素分析(CSIA)能够为有机污染物的来源及生物降解提供精确信息,是目前广受关注的研究有机污染物环境行为的新技术。本文介绍了稳定同位素分析方法和CSIA技术原理,并从Web of Science(WOS)数据库收集数据,利用引文分析软件CiteSpace对CSIA用于有机污染物生物降解与转化领域的研究进行了文献计量学分析,综述了CSIA技术在有机污染物生物降解中的应用进展,并对CSIA在实际复杂场地应用的研究方向进行了展望。
Compound-specific stable isotope analysis(CSIA)can provide accurate information on the source and biodegradation of organic contaminants.CSIA has received wide attention as a new technology in studying the environmental behavior of organic pollutants.In this paper,the analysis methods of stable isotopes and principles of CSIA technology are introduced.The bibliometric analysis on the application of CSIA in the field of biodegradation and transformation of organic pollutants is carried out by collecting data from the Web of Science(WOS)database and using the citation analysis software CiteSpace.Furthermore,the application of CSIA technology in biodegradation of organic contaminants is reviewed,and the research directions of CSIA application in actual complex site are proposed.
