复合材料全缠绕储氢气瓶研制及应用进展

摘要 氢能作为零碳能源,是一种极具潜力的清洁能源。由于氢体积能量低,因此一般采用高密度方式储存氢气,高压气态储氢是目前应用最为成熟的储氢技术。随着储氢密度要求的提高,对储氢气瓶的安全性和可靠性提出更高要求。本文介绍了复合材料全缠绕储氢气瓶的分类及生产厂家情况,分析了储氢气瓶所用材料及成型工艺特点,重点关注了新一代无内胆气瓶现状及研究成果。总体上看,复合材料全缠绕储氢气瓶向着高压、高储氢效率方向发展,随着氢能源领域对储氢气瓶需求提高,碳纤维复合材料在储氢气瓶领域将迎来更大发展。 Hydrogen energy is a highly promising clean energy source as a carbon dioxide free energy.Due to the low volume energy of hydrogen,high-density hydrogen storage is generally used,and high-pressure gaseous hydrogen storage is currently the most mature hydrogen storage technology.With the increasing demand for hydrogen storage efficiency,higher requirements are put forward for the safety and reliability of hydrogen storage tanks.This paper introduces the classification and manufacturer situation of composite full wrap hydrogen storage tanks.The materials used and forming process characteristics of hydrogen storage tank are analyzed.Then the article focuses on the current status and research achievements of the new generation of liner-less storage tanks.Overall,composite fully wrap hydrogen storage tanks are developing towards high pressure and high hydrogen storage efficiency.With the increasing demand for hydrogen storage tanks in the field of hydrogen energy,carbon fiber composites will usher in greater development in the field of hydrogen storage tank.
