饲料投料口用袋式粉尘收集器行业标准的研究

Study on The Industrial Standard of Bag Dust Collector for Feed Feeding Port

根据饲料投料口用单点脉冲除尘设备结构及使用特点,命名并制定了《饲料投料口用袋式粉尘收集器》行业标准。首次引入投料口风速参数,对工作区噪声、粉尘浓度及压力损失、压差监测值、过滤风速及投料口风速等指标进行了试验研究。规定了型号、基本要求、性能要求、制造及装配、安全卫生、可靠性、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存要求。针对收集器结构特点,结合试验数据研究,提出饲料投料口用袋式粉尘收集器不需要安装泄爆装置,并对压差监测报警装置给出了合理的压差数据,对压力损失参数提出了较先进的要求,对涉及安全的粉尘浓度、安全防护等进行了统一要求。

According to the structure and use characteristics of single-point pulse dust removal equipment for feed feeding mouth,the industry standard Bag Dust Collector for Feed Feeding Mouth was named and formulated.For the first time,the wind speed parameter at the feeding port is introduced,and the noise,dust concentration and pressure loss,pressure difference monitoring value,filtration wind speed and feeding port wind speed in the working area are tested and studied.It specifies the model,basic requirements,performance requirements,manufacturing and assembly,safety and health,reliability,test methods,inspection rules,marking,packaging,transportation and storage requirements.According to the structural characteristics of the collector and combined with the research of test data,it is proposed that the bag dust collector for feed feed feeding port does not need to install an explosion relief device,and provides reasonable differential pressure data for the differential pressure monitoring and alarm device,puts forward more advanced requirements for pressure loss parameters,and puts forward unified requirements for dust concentration and safety protection related to safety.
