益生菌制剂在水产养殖中的应用

Review on The Application of Probiotic Preparations in Aquaculture

随着人们生活水平逐步提高,对高品质水产品的需求量也逐渐增加。而水产养殖密度的增大,会诱发一系列的水产动物疾病和环境问题。因此,急需寻找一种绿色环保、安全有效的技术手段来解决高密度养殖产生的问题。益生菌辅助水产养殖技术在解决这一难题上表现出良好的效果,具有广阔的应用前景。文章主要介绍了水产养殖业中常见的益生菌及其制剂,并对益生菌促进高密度水产养殖效率的机理进行了综述,旨在为益生菌制剂在高密度水产养殖业中的进一步应用提供理论依据。

The demand for high-quality aquatic products is gradually increasing with the gradual im⁃provement of people's living standards.And the increase in aquaculture density will induce a se⁃ries of aquatic animal diseases and aquatic envi⁃ronmental problems.Therefore,it is urgent to find a green,safe and effective means to solve the problems caused by high-density aquaculture.Probiotic assisted aquaculture technology has shown good results in resolving this difficult problem and has a broad application prospect.This paper mainly introduces probiotics and their preparations commonly used in aquaculture,and summarizes the mechanism of probiotics promoting the efficiency of high-density aquaculture,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the further application of probiotics in high-density aquaculture.
