城市社区老年人首诊医疗机构选择分析——以T市H区为例

Analysis of Choice of Medical Institutions for First Visit of Elderly People in Urban Communities—Taking H District of T City as an Example

医疗卫生事业的高质量发展需要整合医疗卫生资源、完善医疗保障体系,从而使老年人老有所养、老有所医、医病便捷。利用SPSS软件对T市H区老年人首诊医疗机构的选择偏好及影响因素进行分析,发现老年居民中存在就医及时性与合理性较差、疾病预防保健意识淡薄等问题。通过加大预防保健理念宣传力度、合理配置医疗卫生资源、鼓励民间资本进入医疗市场、推动医养结合模式发展等,全面提高老年人健康服务质量,促进医疗卫生资源合理配置。

High-quality development of medical and health services requires the integration of medical and health resources,the improvement of the medical security system,so that the elderly people have access to medical care,and convenient treatment.SPSS software is used to analyze the choice of medical institutions for the first visit of the elderly people in District H of T City,and it is found that the elderly residents had problems such as poor timeliness and rationality of medical treatment and weak awareness of disease prevention and care.By strengthening the publicity of the concept of preventive health care,rationally allocating medical and health resources,encouraging private capital to enter the medical market,and promoting the development of the model combining medical and health care,the quality of health services for the elderly people is comprehensively improved,and the rational allocation of medical and health resources is promoted.
