宁夏医疗设施空间分布与资源配置研究

Research on Spatial Distribution and Resource Allocation of Medical Facilities in Ningxia

以宁夏综合医院、社区卫生服务站、乡镇卫生院、村卫生室4级医疗设施点作为研究对象,利用POI数据及ArcGIS空间分析技术,分析宁夏的医疗设施的空间布局特征,通过医疗资源的人均占有量及配置,评价医疗设施资源配置的均等性。研究表明:宁夏医疗设施的空间分布不均衡较为显著,其分布趋势为南北多中部少、各市中心城区密度大于周边地区;卫生服务站与乡镇卫生院地区间千人占有量差距较大;部分地区床位密度、卫生技术人员密度等配置不均,存在较大资源缺口。

With Ningxia comprehensive hospital,community health service station,township health center and village clinic as the research objects,POI data and ArcGIS spatial analysis technology were used to analyze the spatial layout characteristics of medical facilities in Ningxia,and the equality of medical facility resource allocation was evaluated by per capita occupancy and allocation of medical resources.Research shows that the spatial distribution of medical facilities in Ningxia is significantly uneven,with a distribution trend of more in the north and south,less in the central region,and a higher density in the central urban areas of each city than in the surrounding areas;There is a significant difference in the proportion of 1,000 people between health service stations and township health centers;Some regions have uneven allocation of bed density and health technology personnel density,resulting in a significant resource gap.
