摘要
高层次人才是推动公立医院高质量发展的重要保证。本文基于Kano模型理论,通过传统方法将深圳市公立医院高层次人才引进的影响因素分为5种不同的需求因素,并在此基础上用改进方法了解了混合需求,用满意度系数探讨了影响因素对满意程度的提高效果或对不满意度的解除效果,对影响高层次人才引进满意程度的因素进行排序并形成优先级模型,最后有针对性提出改进建议,对深圳市引进高层次人才工作具有积极意义。
High-level talents are an important guarantee to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.Based on Kano model theory,this article divides the influencing factors of high-level talent introduction in Shenzhen public hospitals into five different demand factors through traditional methods.Based on this,an improved method is used to understand the mixed demand.And satisfaction coefficient is used to explore the effect of influencing factors on improving satisfaction or relieving dissatisfaction.Factors that affect the satisfaction of high-level talent introduction are sorted and a priority model is formed.Finally,targeted improvement suggestions are proposed,which has positive significance for the introduction of high-level talents in Shenzhen.
