降低某气田阴极保护系统故障率的技术探究

摘要 某气田强制电流阴极保护系统频繁出现故障,影响气田酸气管道的安全运行。从阴极保护原理、现状及各系统运行情况入手,采用现场调研方式对各系统进行综合分析,总结故障类型,并查找了故障原因。系统发生故障的主要原因有三个:第一,因修建高速公路及架设高压电线而导致杂散电流干扰日益增多,影响系统平稳运行,使管道的阴极保护电流流失;第二,恒电位仪、极化探头和数据采集仪等设备设施发生故障,不能准确地对管道施加阴极保护电流和采集数据;第三,巡检人员对恒电位仪和阴极保护测试桩的巡检不到位,未及时发现故障。采取应对措施后从本质上提高了阴极保护系统的有效性,保障了酸气管道的安全运行。 The safe operation of pipeline was affected by frequent malfunctions in impressed current cathodic protection system of a gas field.Starting from cathodic protection principle,current situation and the operation of each system,comprehensive analy⁃sis of each system was made by means of field investigation,fault type summary and fault cause study.It was concluded that there were three main reasons for the failure of system:firstly,stray current interference kept growing due to the construction of highways and the erection of high⁃voltage cable,which affected the smooth operation of system and led to the loss of pipeline ca⁃thodic protection current.Secondly,the equipment broke down such as potentiostatic apparatus,polarization probes and data col⁃lector,which failed to apply cathodic protection current to pipeline and collect data.Thirdly,potentiostatic apparatus and cathodic protection test pile haven’t been inspected properly,and failures haven’t been found in time.After taking corrective actions,the effectiveness of cathodic protection system was fundamentally improved,the safe operation of acid gas pipeline was guaranteed.
