Application research on resistance probe in corrosion platform of oilfield station production facilities

针对某油田站场生产设施,优选在线腐蚀监测技术,并进行适应性及经济性评价,实时监测远程传输管道腐蚀速率的变化情况,预测管道腐蚀趋势,实现油气设备腐蚀状态的动态量化评估、腐蚀监控预警、腐蚀数据集中管理和综合分析,提高腐蚀评估的准确性,保障装置长周期安全稳定运行。

Aiming at online corrosion monitoring technology applied in the production facilities of an oilfield station,adaptability evaluation and economic evaluation were performed,corrosion rate changes of long⁃distance transmission pipeline was monitored in real time.All the above moves are directed toward predicting corrosion trend of pipeline,realizing dynamic quantitative evalua⁃tion of corrosion status for oil and gas units,corrosion early warning,centralized management and comprehensive analysis of cor⁃rosion data,improving the accuracy of corrosion evaluation and ensuring the long⁃term operation of the units.
