油气管道腐蚀的电场矩阵监测技术开发与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对油气管道腐蚀的实时监测,开发了一种电场矩阵在线监测技术,该技术不像腐蚀探针一样需要在管道上开孔,也不同于超声测厚只能测量0.5 cm^(2)区域的腐蚀情况,采用该技术可以将管道一周分成上百个电场矩阵,通过在管道外壁预设电极、施加恒定电流和连续采集电位响应信号,捕捉管道在役过程的阻抗变化信号,从而获得管道壁厚的改变信息,了解管道的腐蚀情况,提高管道在线监测效率。为了获得更准确的矩阵壁厚变化信息,该文还进一步研究了数学模型以消除电场矩阵之间的关联效应。现场实际应用效果表明,通过该技术可以获得准确的油气管道壁厚改变信息,并进行实时预警。 For real⁃time monitoring of oil and gas pipeline corrosion,an electric field matrix online monitoring technology has been developed.The technology does not require holes in pipeline like corrosion probes.It is also different from ultrasonic thick⁃ness measurement,which can only get to know corrosion situation within 0.5 cm^(2) area.By using the technology,the pipeline can be divided into hundreds of electric field matrices around it.By means of presetting electrodes on outer wall of pipeline,applying constant current and continuously collecting potential response signals,capturing impedance signal of the pipeline during service,so as to obtain the change information of wall thickness,understand the corrosion situation,and improve efficiency of online mo⁃nitoring.In order to obtain more accurate change information on matrix wall thickness,the article further studies the mathematical model to eliminate correlation effect between electric field matrices.The actual application proved that the technology can obtain accurate information about wall thickness changes of pipeline and provide real⁃time warning.
