无锡至宜兴市域铁路速度目标值研究

Study of the Target Speed Value of Wuxi-Yixing Suburban Railway

速度目标值是轨道交通项目技术标准中的核心内容,不同的速度目标值决定了基础设施、信号设备、供电制式及各项其他技术标准的选择,直接影响工程投资,若各方意见分歧,甚至影响到项目推进。无锡至宜兴市域铁路为穿越太湖水域的第一条轨道交通项目,其越湖隧道长度超过10 km,为全国城市轨道交通项目之最。从项目实际情况出发,结合功能定位、客流特征、运输组织模式、时间目标、工程实施难度、经济技术比较、与周边项目衔接适应性等因素,确定无锡至宜兴市域铁路速度目标值为160 km/h。

Target speed value is the core content of the main technical standards for rail transit projects.Different speed values determine the selection of infrastructure,signal equipment,power supply system,and other technical standards,which directly affects the project investment,and even impede the project advancement if it is hard to make an agreement.Wuxi-Yixing Suburban Railway is the first rail transit project crossing the Taihu Lake.Its lake crossing tunnel is the longest in China with a length of more than 10 km.Based on the actual situation of the project,combined with functional positioning,passenger flow characteristics,transportation organization mode,time objectives,project implementation difficulty,economic and technical comparison,and adaptability to the surrounding projects,this paper determined that the target value of the Wuxi-Yixing Suburban Railway speed was 160 km/h.
