There are many ways to classify martial arts,including Neijia and Waijiaquan.The main way to classify martial arts is still the difference in the strength of their boxing.The article analyzes and summarizes the strength characteristics of the two fists by consulting relevant materials,and puts forward the strength characteristics of Neijia and Waijiaquan,as well as the strength differences between them,providing necessary theoretical support for martial arts practitioners,and also providing feasible reference for martial arts researchers.
