摘要
通过观察麻雀高机动性、灵活性和稳定性的飞行姿态,模仿设计了一种基于曲柄摇杆机构的仿麻雀飞行器扑翼结构,提出了仿麻雀飞行器扑翼的参数确定、机构求解、结构设计、轨迹规划、运动特性研究及样机实验验证的一体化分析方法。结果表明:扑翼翼尖的运动轨迹为近似“8”字形,与麻雀扑翼翼尖运动轨迹相吻合,扑翼扑动、扭转运动具有稳定的耦合特性关联。该方法对同类型仿生飞行器的开发设计有可供参考的实用价值。
By observing the high maneuverability,flexibility and stability of the sparrow flight attitude,a flapping wing structure of sparrow like aircraft based on crank rocker mechanism is simulated and designed,and an integrated analysis method of parameter determination,mechanism solution,structural design,trajectory planning,motion characteristics research and prototype experiment verification of the flapping wing of sparrow like aircraft is proposed.The results show that the movement track of flapping-wing tip is approximately“8”shape,which is consistent with the movement track of sparrow flapping-wing tip,and the flapping-wing and twisting movement have stable coupling characteristics.This method has practical value for the development and design of the same type of bionic aircraft.
