多频振动排痰机在胸腔镜胸腺扩大切除术后护理研究

Nursing Study of Multi-frequency Vibration Expectorator After Thoracoscopic Enlargement of Thymus Resection

目的:回顾性总结分析胸腺瘤和(或)重症肌无力患者在胸腔镜下行胸腺扩大切除术的围术期护理经验,探讨使用多频振动排痰机在胸腺扩大切除术后促进痰液排除及减少相关并发症的作用。方法:收集2017年1月~2022年6月,我院行胸腔镜扩大切除术治疗胸腺瘤和(或)重症肌无力患者100例,根据使用多频振动排痰机情况分为观察组和对照组。回顾性分析其病例资料,统计患者术后肺部感染发生率、咳痰量、术后引流管留置时间、平均住院时间,从而评估多频振动排痰机在胸腔镜胸腺扩大切除术后护理疗效。结果:观察组比对照组围手术期护理更有效,术后并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜下行胸腺扩大切除术治疗胸腺瘤和(或)重症肌无力患者,术后使用多频振动排痰机能明显提升治疗效果,建议推广。

Objective:The perioperative nursing experience of thymoma and/or myasthenia gravis patients undergoing thoracoscopic extended thymectomy was retrospectively analyzed,and the effect of multi-frequency vibration sputum extractor on promoting sputum elimination and reducing related complications after thoracoscopic extended thymectomy was discussed.Methods:A total of 100 patients with thymoma and/or myasthenia gravis treated by thoracoscopic extended resection in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2022 were collected and divided into observation group and control group according to the use of multi-frequency vibration expectorator.The patient data were retrospectively analyzed,and the incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary infection,the amount of sputum produced,the indenture time of postoperative drainage tube,and the average length of hospital stay of patients were counted,so as to evaluate the nursing effect of the multi-frequency vibration sputum extractor after thoracoscopic expanded thymectomy.Results:The observation group was more effective than the control group in perioperative nursing,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of thymoma and/or myasthenia gravis patients with thoracoscopic expanded thymectomy,the use of multi-frequency vibration after surgery can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,and it is recommended to be popularized.
