摘要
对气相色谱-质谱在医药、环境、食品、石油化工等多个领域应用进行综述,发现气质联用技术在有机合成、环境污染监测、食品安全检测、石油化工产品生产等方面均发挥了重要的作用,可用于未知产品的结构鉴定以及样品的定性和定量的分析。随着技术的进步和人类认知的提高,GC-MS的应用范围将不断扩大,如多维色谱的发展、新固定相的研究以及高通量技术的发展等可以实现更高效的样品分离和更细致的复杂样品分析,从而不断推动科学研究和工业发展的进步。
The application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in medicine,environment,food,petrochemical and other fields is reviewed,and it is found that gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology plays an important role in organic synthesis,environmental pollution monitoring,food safety detection,petrochemical product production and other aspects,and can be used for structural identification of unknown products and qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples.And with the advancement of technology and the improvement of human cognition,the application range of GC-MS will continue to expand,such as the development of multidimensional chromatography,the study of new stationary phases and the development of high-throughput technology,which can achieve more efficient sample separation and more detailed complex sample analysis,thereby continuously promoting the progress of scientific research and industrial development.
