高职网络教学中学生助教的职能挖掘与发挥

摘要 为提升高职网络教学开展效果,依据网络学习自我效能感的内涵与构成要素,围绕学生助教的职能挖掘、选拔和培育进行探索与实践,有效缓解主讲教师压力,促进学生对课程网络学习任务的达成和目标实现。 In order to improve the development effects of online teaching in higher vocational colleges,exploration and practice were developed around the mining,selecting and cultivating to student assistants.This activity mode could effectively relieve the pressure of the lecturer,and promote students to achieve the tasks and goals of online courses.
