摘要
实物保护系统的有效性分析是检验核材料和核设施是否处于安全受控状态的关键环节,其安全性与合理性至关重要。本文综合考虑了影响实物保护系统的各类因素,分辨实物保护系统的薄弱环节,为改善和提升实物保护系统的可靠性和稳定性提供了技术支持与数据支撑。本文对实物保护系统有效性分析算法与模型展开对比分析,对EASI模型、SAVI模型、HPEP算法(基于A*算法的启发式有效性评估)和河北省核安保技术创新中心-实物保护系统设计薄弱性分析与评价系统各自优缺点进行归纳总结。最后提出面向工程应用的实物保护系统有效性分析算法的研究方向与思路,为后续相关算法优化、研究提供参考。
The vulnerability analysis of physical protection systems is a key link in ver-ifying whether nuclear materials and facilities are in a safe and controlled state,and its safety and rationality are crucial.It covers various factors that affect the physical protection system,identifies weaknesses in the physical protection system,and provides technical and data support to improve and enhance the reliability and stability of the physical protection system.This paper conducts a comparative analysis of vulnerability analysis algorithms and models for physical protection systems,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of EASI model,SAVI model,HPEP algorithm(heuristic effectiveness evaluation based on A*algorithm).Finally,the research di-rection and ideas of effectiveness analysis algorithms for engineering appli-cation oriented physical protection systems are proposed,providing refer-ence for subsequent optimization and research of related algorithms.
