摘要
目的:优化黔产鸭跖草中多糖和异荭草苷提取工艺。方法:采用中心组合设计-响应面法,以鸭跖草多糖和异荭草苷提取率为响应值,提取时间、提取温度、料液比为自变量,结合单因素考察结果,设计3因素3水平试验。结果:得到最佳提取工艺参数为提取时间2.3 h,提取温度95℃,料液比1∶20。结论:综合考虑2种活性成分,响应面优化黔产鸭跖草有效成分工艺切实可行,具有较强的实际意义。
Objective:To improve the extraction of polysaccharide and isoorientin from Guizhou-grown commelina communis.Methods:A three-factor and three-level experiment was designed using the central composite design-response surface methodology,with the extraction rates of polysaccharide and isoorientin of Commelina communis as response values,extraction time,extraction temperature,and solid-liquid ratio as independent variables,and combined with the results of a single factor investigation.Results:The optimum extraction parameters were as follows:2.3 h extraction time,95℃extraction temperature,and a material-to-liquid ratio of 1∶20.Conclusion:Considering the two active components comprehensively,it is feasible and practical to optimize the process of effective components of commelina communis produced in Guizhou by response surface methodology.
