摘要
碳纤维复合材料有因其出色的性能而受到相当多的关注,并广泛应用于许多领域。碳纤维与基体之间的界面结合强度对复合材料的最终力学性能起到决定性作用,建立高强度界面结合的前提就是两相接触并且表面能够互相润湿。而润湿性可以通过测量纤维与被测液体之间的接触角计算得到。本文对近年来国内外研究者们对不同表现形式碳纤维的润湿性研究进行分类介绍,以期为碳纤维复合材料的界面研究提供参考。
Carbon fiber composites have attracted considerable attention because of their excellent properties and are widely used in many fields.The interfacial bonding strength between carbon fiber and matrix plays a decisive role in the final mechanical properties of composite materials.The premise of establishing high strength interfacial bonding is that the two phases contact and the surface can be wetted.Wettability can be calculated by measuring the contact angle between the fiber and the liquid being measured.In this paper,the wettability studies of different forms of carbon fiber by domestic and foreign researchers in recent years are classified,in order to provide reference for the study of the interface of carbon fiber composites.
