高氨氮胁迫下厌氧消化机理与调控研究进展

摘要 厌氧消化是一项重要的资源化利用和无害化处理技术,但是其过程中容易发生高氨氮胁迫现象,进而导致反应系统运行低效甚至失败。本文介绍了高氨氮胁迫下厌氧消化氨抑制机理及关键阶段,以及氨氮暴露模式对微生物演替及反应器性能影响,总结了种间直接电子传递在高氨氮胁迫厌氧消化中的作用,并对目前高氨氮胁迫下厌氧消化调控技术进行了综述。最后,对高氨氮胁迫下厌氧消化的未来研究方向进行了展望。 Anaerobic digestion is an important resource utilization and harmless treatment technology,but high ammonia nitrogen stress is prone to occur in the process,which leads to inefficient or even failure of the reaction system.This paper introduces the inhibition mechanism and key stages of anaerobic digestion of ammonia under high ammonia nitrogen stress,as well as the effect of ammonia nitrogen exposure mode on microbial succession and reactor performance,and summarizes the role of direct electron transfer between species in anaerobic digestion under high ammonia nitrogen stress.Then,the current regulation technology of anaerobic digestion under high ammonia nitrogen stress is reviewed.Finally,the future research direction is prospected.
