放射性废物分类标准对核化工设施退役技术路线的影响

摘要 核设施退役是将已经停止运行的核设施进行拆除,恢复厂址环境,实现放射性物质妥善处理、处置的过程。在核设施退役实施过程中,会产生各类放射性废物,这些废物根据污染水平的差异最终将经过相应的处理、整备后进行妥善、安全的处置。2018年,我国对放射性废物分类进行了重新制定,对分类标准进行了更新,也对废物的处理、处置方式进行了新的要求,这些要求也将对核化工厂房退役各个环节的废物分类、处理、处置环节带来一定的影响。本文将针对放射性废物分类的新变化对核和化工设施退役方案设计及实施的影响进行分析。 Decommissioning of nuclear facilities refers to the process of dismantling nuclear facilities that have already ceased operation,restoring the site environment,and achieving the proper handling and disposal of radioactive materials.During the decommissioning process of nuclear facilities,various types of radioactive waste will be generated,and these waste will eventually be properly and safely disposed of after corresponding treatment and preparation based on the differences in pollution levels.In 2018,China redesigned the classification of radioactive waste,updated the classification standards,and introduced new requirements for waste treatment and disposal methods.These requirements will also have a certain impact on the waste classification,treatment,and disposal processes in various stages of the decommissioning of nuclear chemical plants.This article will analyze the impact of new changes in radioactive waste classification on the design and implementation of decommissioning plans for nuclear chemical facilities.
