摘要
文章介绍了某飞机附件维修生产废水处理工程,该工程含铬废水采用“pH调节+还原+混/絮凝+MCR膜”工艺、含镉废水采用“预处理+蒸发”工艺、综合废水采用“气浮+兼氧+好氧+沉淀”工艺。综合废水处理后满足广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段三级排放标准、《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T31962-2015)中B级标准及广东省《电镀水污染物排放标准》(DB44/1597-2015)现有项目珠三角水污染排放限值的200%(pH 6~9)之较严者,具有良好的应用前景。
This paper introduces an aircraft accessory maintenance and production wastewater treatment project,in which the process of“pH regulation+reduction+mixing/flocculation+MCR membrane”is used for chromium containing wastewater,the process of“pretreatment+evaporation”is used for cadmium containing wastewater,and the process of“air floatation+facultative oxygen+aerobic+sedimentation”is used for comprehensive wastewater.After the comprehensive wastewater treatment,it meets the third level discharge standard of the second period of the“Water Pollutant Discharge Limits”(DB44/26-2001)of Guangdong Province The stricter of the Class B standard in the Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers(GB/T 31962-2015)and the 200%(pH 6~9)of the existing project Pearl River Delta Water Pollution Discharge Limit in the Discharge Standard for Electroplating Water Pollutants(DB44/1597-2015)of Guangdong Province,has a good application prospect.
