摘要
粉煤热解装置采用低阶煤气固热载体双循环快速热解技术,利用双循环气流床反应器进行粉煤快速热解,达到煤粉完全热解的目的。由于在工艺生产过程中,会排放大量包含氨氮、轻油、酚类以及磷、氰等化学污染物的废水。因此,我们需要对煤热解生产废水的污染物成分进行分析,并针对性地采用一套合理、高效、绿色的废水预处理工艺对废水中的化学污染物进行有效处理,确保出水指标满足下一阶段水处理工艺进水要求,达到提质增效、清洁生产的目的。
The pulverized coal pyrolysis unit adopts the low order gas solid heat carrier double cycle fast pyrolysis technology,and the double cycle entrained flow reactor is used for fast pyrolysis of pulverized coal to achieve the goal of complete pyrolysis of pulverized coal.In the process of production,a large amount of wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen,light oil,phenol,phosphorus,cyanide and other chemical pollutants will be discharged.Therefore,we need to analyze the pollutant composition of the pyrolysis production wastewater,and adopt a set of reasonable,efficient and green wastewater pretreatment process to effectively pretreat the chemical pollutants in the wastewater,so as to ensure that the effluent index meets the water inflow index of the next stage of water treatment process,and achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency and environmental production.
